PLATFORM ALERT: Temporarily Unavailable 12/8

Our teams will be performing a database migration on Saturday, December 8th, 2018 starting at 1:00 PM EST and ending at approximately 12:00 AM EST. During this time, you and your customers will be unable to access the TRAX Platform.

During the maintenance window, you and your customers will see a temporary maintenance page when visiting your site and you will be unable to complete any actions within the TRAX Platform.

PREPARE AHEAD OF TIME: Due to the length of this maintenance window, we highly recommend preparing for your weekend events by printing out reports, kitchen sheets, cover sheets, etc. ahead of time.

PLEASE NOTE: Starting at 11:00 AM EST on Saturday, December 8th we will be backing up the database’s data. Even though you will be able to access the TRAX Platform until 1:00 PM EST, we highly recommend you do not make changes to any data during this time as these changes have potential to be lost.
