Identified - At approximately 4 PM EST, some of our administrators reported experiencing a temporary disruption of service when attempting to submit support tickets. Our team has pinpointed a potential root cause in our hosting environment that could be impacting our internal tools. Administrators are now able to submit support tickets as normal. Our team is monitoring the situation and has taken action to limit access to our CRM and will provide updates as available.
