According to several internal and external monitoring systems, the issue with internet service providers subsided around 6:00 PM EST yesterday evening. Our Client Support team has not received any additional support requests due to the issue from yesterday.

We have determined the interruptions and delays in service for some of our clients is not our application or our hosting provider, but an issue with internet service providers. We are experiencing interruptions and delays in service for small percentage of sites. We are working actively to determine the cause and return normal service levels.
