We are happy to report mid-morning our phone service provider indicated the larger national issue with their carrier has been resolved. Thank you for your patience as we experienced some intermittent service yesterday.

Update
Our phone service provider has indicated that their carrier is no longer experiencing a disruption in service. However, they are reporting that their service is degraded. We will continue to monitor the situation and appreciate your support to provide the best level of service we can.

Monitoring
We were notified by our phone provider that their carrier is experiencing a disruption in service. Our phones have been experiencing intermittent service for a few hours now, but several clients are still able to call in and we have been able to call clients back. We apologize if you are experiencing difficulty calling with a support issue for the TRAX Platform. We are monitoring the situation and will provide updates if necessary until service is no longer disrupted.
