Our phone service has been restored overnight. Clients that need to talk with our teams are welcome to give us a ring! Thank you for your patience and submitting all your requests for support through tickets yesterday while our phones were unavailable.

Investigating
At approximately 8:00 AM we discovered the phone system used by CaterTrax is currently experiencing a disruption in service. At this time, we cannot place or receive phone calls but we can receive voicemails. The best way to submit a support request at this time is to submit a support ticket through your administrative credentials to the TRAX Platform to receive assistance. We apologize in advance for any delays in response you may experience.
