We performed systems maintenance earlier this afternoon and have seen performance improvement since that maintenance. We are continuing to monitor and investigate performance. The TRAX Platform is operational.

CaterTrax sites are now available but administrators and their customers are continuing to experience degraded performance. At this time we have turned off Master Invoice functionality for all sites. We are continuing to investigate slow load times. We will provide updates here as more information becomes available.

The TRAX Platform is currently experiencing a disruption of service. Our teams are working as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.
