CaterTrax will be completing the upgrade of our support system to Zendesk during a scheduled maintenance window beginning on Friday June 21st, 2024 at 5PM EDT. This effort will conclude no later than 8AM EDT on Monday June 24, 2024. During this upgrade period, access to our online Support portal will be temporarily unavailable. There will be no impact to any TRAX Platform functionality for you or your customers.
