Our telecom provider is experiencing technical issues. As a result, calls placed on hold or transferred may be dropped. We will do our best to avoid putting our clients on hold or transferring calls until this issue is resolved. If a call is dropped, we will immediately call back. Our provider is working hard to resolve the issue.
