Starting at 10:58 AM this morning, our technology teams identified extreme site slowness that temporarily impacted all sites on the TRAX Platform. Our technology teams quickly found a resolution and have fully restored all sites. Our team is still investigating the root cause of this occurrence and will update this site with more information as it becomes available.
